Cancellation and returns

If you would like to return items to us you can do so up to 21 days after delivery and receive a full refund, providing that items are unused (excluding made-to-order items such as photographic prints).

Please contact us at sales@atmybest.com or call us on +44 (0)1608 486001 and we will provide you with a returns authorisation number.

Please package items securely and include your details, the returns authorisation number and the reason for the return.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless we delivered to you in error or an item is faulty. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
